Search is where most real-estate-brokerage work now begins. This is the order we'd tackle it in for a real estate brokerage.
1. Google Business Profile
Complete every field, choose the most specific primary category available for brokerages, add real photos of your work, and keep hours and service area accurate. This is usually the single biggest lever in local search and it costs nothing.
2. A page per service
Each service has different intent, urgency, and job value. Build them separately:
- Residential listing services
- Buyer representation
- Agent recruiting and onboarding
- Relocation and referral network
- Luxury property marketing
- New development sales
3. A page per market
Cover the cities you genuinely serve, with specifics about working in each. Link them to the relevant service pages and to neighboring markets.
4. Buying-stage content
- What real-estate-brokerage work costs and what drives the price
- How the process works and how long it takes
- Comparisons between the options you offer
- Answers to the questions you get on every call
5. Reviews and local links
Ask every satisfied customer at job completion, respond to all reviews, and pursue a handful of genuinely local links each year — associations, suppliers, sponsorships. Skip bulk directory packages.
What to expect
Long-tail and secondary market terms typically move within three to four months. Primary terms in a competitive market take longer, and the gains compound the longer you keep publishing.
